Get to know the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate digital native with a deep understanding of social media platforms and a proven track record in executing successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation/Project Management
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
• To manage campaign/project from conception to completion
• Create engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hung Shu, Youtube etc.)
• Manage and grow our social media community through interaction and engagement.
• Possess strong skills in understanding what content that is effective to use for social ads (Meta, XHS, Tiktok, etc)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Performance Marketing
• Monitor social media analytics and generate comprehensive reports to measure performance.
• Use analytics tools to track the performance of content, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Familiar with ad formats and optimization strategies to maximize campaign success.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in various social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal). Able to write in Chinese is a plus point
