Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports specific private label products &/or categories through analysis & development of marketing plans; product promotions; advertising; in-store displays; merchandising strategies; inventory forecasting; inventory forecasting; category support for small categories/suppliers.
  • Assists with new product development and sales incremental for Private Label.
  • Coordinate with the respective stakeholders (OEM, Food Safety Auditor, Partners, Quality Assurance team & more) on new product quality developments.
  • Performs trend & other sales data analysis to assist the Private Label team.
  • Maintain a database of Private Label products, suppliers, and pricing. Has routine interactions with own suppliers, manufacturers, customers, internal stakeholders to provide updates or create business opportunities to expand the Private Label segment.
  • To communicate cost increases and related information with limited negotiating.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-4 Years of experience in Retail distribution or relevant industry.
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Conflict Management & Decision-Making Skills

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
