Get to know the role:

  • Manage and develop Company’s ICT System and Infrastructure projects.

  • Supervise subordinates in enhancing their skills.

  • To suggest, implement, evaluate new/existing system and workflow, design/maintain/repair/install/ troubleshooting on company’s computer hardware/software including Data Server, networking, PCs, POS System, ERP and Warehouse Management System.

  • To work with other departments/vendors to integrate company information, increase the efficiency of the information system.

  • Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop ICT systems and procedures that are cost effective and able to support company grow.

  • Perform SWR (Special Work Request) by management from time to time.

You should have:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree/Master holder in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years working experience with fast moving retail environment.

  • Must possess solid analytical skills in forecasting and anticipating company business demand.

  • Technically competent with various software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WMS and ERP knowledge is an advantage.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and to deal with variety of changing situation under stress.

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

  • Strong interpersonal skills requiring the ability to resolve conflicting interests and obtain corporation.
