Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:

Use various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to find and attract potential candidates.

  • Screening and Interviews:

Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.

  • Candidate Assessment:

Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility with the organization to make informed recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Engagement:

Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and managing expectations.

  • Offer Negotiation:

Facilitate salary and benefits negotiations, acting as a liaison between candidates and the organization.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary documentation.

  • Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

You should have:

  • Candidates must possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or other functions)
  • Positive mindset and attitude.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, flexible, creative, organized.
  • Having a basic understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Well verse in Bahasa Melayu & English (both written & spoken); Mandarin speaking candidates will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, proactive and independent.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
