Job Summary

  • Manages pick customer orders and physically pulls item from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of products.
  • Also packs orders, including wrapping item to ensure orders are accurate and records of item to keep up to date.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Receive and check incoming pick orders.
  • Picking orders as requested by customer.
  • Ensures that orders are accurate.
  • Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked and item is managed accurately.
  • Plans and monitors item storage and handover to rider for delivery out to customer.
  • Familiarize with our products and able to suggest to customers on replacement items.


  • Candidates must possess minimum PMR/SPM
  • No working experience required
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
