Executive - Payroll

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements. Ensure compliance with government regulations, establishing and implementing policies on matters such as payroll advancements to employees.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • End to end payroll management for the Company.
  • Timely and accurately payroll payment and statutory payment according to Company's policy and government statutory regulations.
  • Responsible to maintain and update employee personal data, payroll information, attendance and leave record in the system.
  • Manage confirmation, contract renewal and update in the system.
  • Response to payroll inquiries from employees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and result -oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
