JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for bakery production from
start to end based on the assigned schedule to fulfil the daily production
requirements that have been identified.
ROLES
& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run a full production day from mixing
to forming to baking in order to meet key timelines.
- Consistently produce the highest
quality of all baked goods and report any issues to the Supervisor.
- Maintain the usage of
all central kitchen equipment and machinery according to the company
guidelines.
- Maintain a clean workstation in accord with food
handling standards and company guidelines.
- Take note when supplies are running
low so that an order can be made.
- Assist in general operation functions
and ad-hoc assignments.
