Role

This role will be based at Sunway Geo Avenue

1. Daily Operations
- Execute daily operations following SOP including Customer Service & Food and Drinks Preparation
- Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between stations
- Maintain fast and consistent Services

2. Food Quality & Consistency
- Ensure all food meets brand standards & SOP
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
- Conduct daily quality check
- Ensure Food is served within target timing

3. Quality of Service
- Ensure customer experience is up to company standards
- Maintain the quality of the Food and Beverage

4. Inventory Control
- Control wastage, stock usage, and portioning
- Monitor daily inventory & ordering

5. Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure outlet complies with Brands Hygiene Standard
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling
- Ensure personal grooming is up to company standards
- Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements
You should have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic cafe/restaurant, or food production environment, though passionate fresh candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Understanding of Food Safety and Operation compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - operations, executives, and suppliers
- Ability to travel to different regional locations as required
- Hands-on, capability in following SOP while open to new menu ideals and suggestions
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs
- Strong commitment to quality and operational excellence, with a focus on achieving results and meeting KPIs
