Senior Assistant - Digital Business

Role

• Assist with basic accounting documentation such as invoice filing, payment tracking, and data entry
• Prepare and raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up
• Organize and maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
• Support in documentation for claims, quotations, and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for administrative requirements
• Maintain office supplies and manage procurement when needed
• Handle general clerical duties including scanning, copying, and mailing
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum /Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
