Get to know the role:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Senior Executive, Private Label Export & Operations to support the expansion of our Private Label business into overseas markets This role focuses on export operations, logistics coordination, and regulatory documentation, while also providing operational and administrative support to the Private Label team. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to export or logistics processes and is comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of cross-border operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Export Operations & Compliance
Coordinate end-to-end export operations for Private Label products to overseas markets.
Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other regulatory documents where required.
Support compliance with overseas import/export regulations, product requirements, and labeling standards.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure products are export-ready.
Logistics & Freight Coordination
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and logistics partners to plan and execute shipments.
Coordinate shipment bookings, delivery schedules, and transportation modes (air / sea / land).
Track shipment status and proactively follow up on delays, customs issues, or documentation gaps.
Support logistics cost tracking and shipment-related reporting.
Cross-Functional & External Coordination
Work closely with internal teams such as Private Label, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial to support export activities.
Coordinate with overseas distributors, partners, and suppliers on shipment planning and documentation requirements.
Act as a key operational point of contact for export-related matters.
Operations & Administrative Support
Provide operational and administrative support to the Private Label team to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Handle export-related correspondence and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain organized digital or physical records for export, logistics, and regulatory documentation.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation tracking for export shipments.
Support to Supervisor & Business Growth
Support the supervisor in export planning and operational execution.
Assist in identifying and improving export and logistics processes to support business growth.
Take on ad-hoc responsibilities related to Private Label operations and overseas expansion as required.
