Role

• Assist in planning, implementing and managing security measure to safeguard company assets.
• Supervise security teams and ensure proper deployment at various locations.
• Monitor security systems (CCTV) and respond to incidents.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Assist in formulating and updating security policies and procedures.
• Train security team to ensure high standards of professionalism.
• Conduct briefings for security team.
• Investigate theft, misconduct and security-related incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, government regulations and industry standards.
• Recommend improvement in security operations based on trends and risk analysis.
• Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with relevant experience, or a Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Criminology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in security management, law enforcement, or military service.
• Must be willing to travel and be deployed to outlets across Malaysia for investigations, operational support, and new store openings.
• Possess own transportation to travel.
• Experience in handling security operations, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service excellence.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to respond effectively to security incidents.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
