Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming call, walk in visitors and enquiries in polite and professional manner
Organizing outgoing and incoming deliveries
Arrange business travel for employees as and when required
Monitor proper functioning of office support tools such as air-condition units, photocopy machine and etc.
Liaise with service contractors regarding any office maintenance issues and raise faulty reports for any defects within office area.
Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes
Perform relief duties when required
