Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business goals
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new opportunities
Propose creative campaign ideas and content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Project & Stakeholder Management
Act as project lead for social media campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Coordinate closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, eCommerce) and external partners
Manage media partners for article write-ups and campaign amplification
Work with influencers and agencies to plan and execute effective campaigns
Content Planning & Execution Oversight
Provide clear direction and briefing to creative team and agencies for content production
Ensure consistency and quality across all social media outputs
Possess basic hands-on skills in photography and video shooting/editing (for on-ground or quick-turn content)
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Measure and report on campaign performance against KPIs and ROI
Track metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion
Translate data into actionable insights and improvement strategies
Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign reviews for stakeholders
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
Monitor social media channels, traffic flow, and engagement performance
Moderate user-generated content and drive active social conversations
Stay updated with latest platform trends, tools, and digital innovations
On-Ground & Live Content Execution
Support on-ground events, store openings, media launches, and celebrity appearances
Create real-time content and live social media coverage
Assist in live broadcast/streaming (OBS or similar tools is a plus)
Performance Marketing (Bonus Scope)
Support or collaborate on paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
