Get to know the team:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Fulfillment Content Executive to join our team. As the Content Executive, you will be responsible for preparing and polishing product data to be uploaded to HQ systems and ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings on various online platforms. Your role is essential in maintaining high-quality product content and optimizing the online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Data Preparation:
Collect, review, and refine product data, including descriptions, images, specifications, and ensure correct pricing , from various sources.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information by verifying and correcting or reporting to the relevant department any discrepancies or errors.
Format and structure product data according to the requirements of HQ systems, maintaining consistency and data integrity.
HQ Systems Integration:
Upload and integrate product data into HQ systems, ensuring proper categorization and accurate linkage between products and relevant attributes.
Collaborate with IT and data management teams to troubleshoot any data integration issues and ensure seamless data flow.
Regularly update product data in HQ systems to reflect changes in pricing, availability, or other relevant details.
Product Listing and Delisting:
Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to determine which products should be listed for sale on various online platforms.
Create and maintain accurate and engaging product listings on online platforms, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
Monitor product performance on online platforms and collaborate with the merchandising team to identify underperforming products for delisting or optimization.
Content Quality Assurance:
Ensure the consistency and quality of product content across various online platforms.
Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and correct any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
Optimize product descriptions and images for search engine optimization (SEO) and enhanced customer experience.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product content and optimize product listings for increased visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content management, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance product listings.
