Get to know the role:
Establish and maintain long-term customer
relationships. Handle customers’ inquiries independently, completely and
accurately to the satisfaction of the customers. Work closely with other
department to strengthen the company’s reputation.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Build
sustainable relationship of trust with customer through interactive
communications
- Responsible to attend customer inquiries, handle
complaints, provide solutions and alternatives
- Resolving and updating all customer feedback/product
in the outlet to Store Manager & management following up to ensure
resolutions
- Assist with product inquiries, refunds and exchange
- Maintain good hygiene, proper grooming and pleasant
decorum throughout the day
- Work together with other operational staffs to ensure
customers receive efficient and courteous service
- Understand well about store layout to assist
customers, e.g. Product placement
- Promote the selected products according to outlets
promotions and festive season
- Engage with customers to discover their wants and
needs, provide advice or recommendation, directing them to the right product
- Assist in
general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments
You should have:
- Required
language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin language will be added
advantage
- Minimum 1
year experience and background in customer service
- Basic
communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Customer
satisfaction oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum
supervision
