Get to know the role:
As a Executive - Outlet Management, you will support the Regional Operations Managers in driving smooth day-to-day operations across all stores. This role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, clear communication, and timely follow-ups - helping the region stay aligned, organized, and execution-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly regional reports (e.g. store sales, manpower allocation, compliance/policy documentation, etc)
- Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets to monitor store performance and key action items
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all submitted data
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stores into clear, actionable summaries
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a central point of coordination between regional HQ operation and store teams
- Communicate regional operation updates, announcements, and reminders in a clear and timely manner
- Follow up with stores managers to ensure alignment on directives and deadlines
- Support alignment across departments
3. Meetings & Follow-ups
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials for regional operation meetings
- Capture meeting minutes, key decisions, and track action items and proactively follow up to ensure completion
- Maintain proper documentation and records of discussions
4. Project & Rollout Support
- Support execution of regional operation projects, campaigns, and operational initiatives
- Assist in coordination of new store openings and major store engagement/activations
- Ensure timelines are tracked and stakeholders are kept informed
- Help troubleshoot and escalate issues where necessary
5. Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to regional HQ operations leadership
- Manage schedules, documentation, and filing systems
- Assist with logistics for meetings, site visits, and regional events
