Get to know the role:

To manage administration related in Bakery operation & procurement at outlet, central kitchen and HQ level in order to make sure department is running smooth. .

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for keying and in data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and ensuring the accuracy of production, disposal, stock take and any ad hoc.
· To manage administration work in HQ Bakery Department such as managing stock take count
· Daily, weekly, monthly & annual reporting - sales, margin, disposal & GRN, production, etc.
· Fill up form & All reports are like for like, SKU, supplier, promotion, edit PO, costing, pricing, BOM, Recipes, stock take etc
· To monitor daily display pictures sent by outlet; quality & volume display
· HR related - staff movement, helpers, headcount & promotion
· To participate in meeting and taking minutes
· To assist any raising matters related to outlet & central kitchen
· To understand operation issues & challenges
· In charge on safety & SOPs, compliance, team engagement, customer complaint and halal compliance
· To support new and relaunch outlets
· To manage the supplier visit, new project, event and any matters related to bakery
· Any other Ad-hoc duties given by superior from time to time


You should have:

·Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
·Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
·Computer literate and hands on experience in managing reports and administration task
·Customer satisfaction oriented
·Able to work independently with minimum supervision
