Get to know the role:
Responsible for ensuring that cashier department for both halal and non-halal counterachieve the performance goals set by the company for the new opening
branch / branch performance improvements.
Key
Responsibilities:
For New
Opening Branch
· Be the head
of cashier department and assist the Manager - Operations Support as well as
the Store Manager in all matters pertaining to the department until the opening
of the new branch.
·
Responsible to provide training and coaching for each
employee in the assigned department following the company SOP so that they can
carry out their duties and task.
·
Recommend / implement operational improvement plans
to improve employee performance.
For
Existing Branches (Performance Improvements)
· Ensures
that each employee is efficient in carrying out their duties following the
company's SOP.
·
Retrain staff as needed and recommending other
training required by the staff (working with the training division).
·
Recommend / implement operational improvement plans
to improve employee performance.
·
Responsible for updating the Operation's SOP for
assigned department.
·
Any other assignment that may be assigned from time
to time
· Assist in
general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments
