Get to know the role:
To assist with the day-to-day activities relating to the supply chain and admin tasks. Keep records organized, manage inventory, and ensure smooth flow of materials. Assist team by handling orders and answering basic questions.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Issuing purchase orders.
• Communicate new stocks listing to outlets, and to inform outlets to set product min and max for
ordering from DCPU
• Arrangement and coordinating with suppliers on the ordering and delivery schedules.
• Identify discontinued items and communicate to respective outlets.
• Monitor adequacy of min and max setting for the respective SKUs, highlight as necessary.
• Liaise and coordinate between buyers and suppliers.
• Assist in the issuance and ensuring the completion of the required documentation and
processes necessary in relation and for the smooth operations of the 3PL, i.e. issuance of PO,
Goods Received Notes in Web RM and liaising with the accounts department to ensure
adjustments to the inventory where necessary in relation to 3PL operations.
• Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
