Leasing Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

New and Existing Sub-Tenant
1. Responsible for all leasing matter for New and Existing Sub-Tenant at Jaya Grocer location.
2. To handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matter such as issuance of letter of offer and tenancy agreement, collection of deposit, follow up of signing agreements, handing over of premises to New and Existing Sub-Tenant.
3. Ensure acceptance of offer letter, concept submission, lease/ tenancy execution and deposit payments are completed within set timeframe of New and Existing Sub Tenant.
4. Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation, renewal and approval and handing New and Existing.
5. Coordinate with New and Existing Sub Tenants on rental payments, renewal of leases and refund of deposit upon lease expiry.
6. Monitors all New and Existing tenancy document activities to ensure they are always up-to-date and completed on time.
7. Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transactions.


Company Hostel
1. Responsible to handle company hostel pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matter such as issuance of deposit, follow up on signing of agreements, handing over of premises.
2. Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation, renewal and approval and handing for Hostel.
3. Coordinate with landlord on rental payments, renewal of leases and refund of deposit upon lease expiry for Hostel.
4. Monitors all Hostel tenancy document activities to ensure they are always up-to-date and completed on time.
5. Prepare and maintain Hostel tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transactions.
6. To research, source and negotiate on suitable properties to become a company hostel.
7. Conduct takeover/ handback the company hostel with Landlord and internal department.
8. Other ad-hoc task as required by Management from time to time.


Qualification and Education Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience with marketing and leasing environment
3. Prefer who have 1 to 3 years’ experience in Leasing and able to handle Food and Beverage (Non Halal)
