Provide technical support for application / systems to all employees.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor applications / systems health
- Provide technical support for applications / systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot & rectify reported
- Manage end user's complaints / requests
- Liaise with service providers & vendors
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks
- To carry out installation, configuration, replacement / upgrading of IT related software / hardware
- Able to travel to branches for support
- Responsibility to maintain documentation for IT related matters
- Any other duties as when assigned from time to time
